| The EZFit heavy-duty gun belt is an excellent complement to our N-Forcetm line of holsters. It's also a perfect match for our various tactical accessories. However, all brands of handcuff carriers, ammo pouches, mag holders, and radio cases will find themselves right at home aboard the EZFit.
The belt is constructed of heavyweight nylon webbing, two inches wide, called "Mattestock." This is very sturdy stuff, with a rated breaking point around 7700 pounds- essentially indestructible! The material is quite stiff and more or less holds its shape. There is no other webbing out there that can provide the comfort and platform stability of Mattestock.
When you get ahold of the EZFit and mull it over in your fingers, you'll discover the industrial-grade nylon to be thick and solid without feeling bulky, reinforced throughout the entire length of the belt, and terminating in a two-piece heavy-duty Cop-Lok triple retention buckle that operates so dependably, we guarantee it for life.
Cop-Lok buckles offer more than the additional security of having a center release catch. It also boasts coiled support pylons which absorb stress energies applied to the side brackets and guide rails. If the buckle was made of molded nylon, this would be more than enough to ensure breakage would never be an issue. Not even remotely. But we went a step further!
Our Cop-Lok buckles are injection molded from an engineering-grade thermoplastic resin called polyoxymethylene (or acetal). Acetal is used as a metal substitute in industrial machinery, chemical pumps, and liquid rocket fuel canisters. It's essentially unbreakable by any force you'll ever encounter in the real world! Sledgehammers, multi-ton vehicles, and a good ol' fashioned fastball pitch straight into a brick wall - we've tried 'em all and acetal shrugs off such brutalities with nary a scratch to show for it.
The interior of the EZFit is lined with velcro for quick, painless length adjustments. This velcro is mirrored in the harness and belt loop of our N-Forcetm Cyclone combo holster, allowing the holster to be mounted to the EZFit for supreme stability. Dual elastic keepers at each end maintain a neat and tidy form factor.
The EZFit is available in three sizes. The Regular-sized belt is will fit a 45" waist maximum, with a 32" minimum. The Large belt will fit up to a 55" waist, and the Extra Large belt fits up to a 65" waist.
