The EZFit Shell Holder mounts to the buttstock by way of three straps. Two vertical elastic-nylon straps keep the unit physically attached to the stock, and a horizontal stabilizer strap made of Cordura prevents the Shell Holder from sliding down the stock, thanks to a restraint pad made of heavy-duty velcro.
