| If you’re out and about blasting away at clay targets soaring through the air, you’re gonna want somewhere to stick your shells. This dual compartment skeet bag, measuring 8” x 6.5” x 7”, is an essential aid in this endeavor, with a large interior compartment divided in half by a partition, allowing you to separate both live and spent ammunition. Built by hand in the U.S. and cut from 1000-denier Cordura with rugged double-stitched seaming, the skeet bag is one of those items you just can’t live without… unless you don’t do any skeet shooting.
Because Cordura is more or less invincible against chemical solvents of all kinds, including water, the bag is completely machine washable. Ample resistance to both fraying and ripping ensures your skeet bag will be around for a good long while. The bag includes a fully detachable and adjustable polypropylene belt with a standard polyurethane buckle. The belt is 2 inches wide for optimal support and platform stability.
Optionally, you may upgrade the belt to one of four improved webbing materials, each of which includes an upgraded molded nylon buckle. “Heavy-Duty Polypro” is a stronger, tougher polypropylene webbing which is much more durable than the standard polypropylene belt included with the bag by default. “Ultra Polypro” is even more so, with an incredible double-weight two-ply weave that pushes the filamental yarns very, very close to the supreme resiliency of nylon.
Nothing beats our heavyweight nylon webbing, though, with its rated breaking force of over 7500 pounds! It’s far and away more robust than anything else available, and significantly softer and more comfortable when snugly wrapped around your waist than polypropylene. The nylon webbing comes in two flavors. “Glossflex” has a slight sheen to it, is very smooth to the touch, and is extremely soft, pliable, and floppy. “Mattestock” is just the opposite, with a flat finish, rougher texture, and an extremely firm, stiff structure which holds its shape.
The belts all adjust via classic tri-glide adjustment on the buckle, meaning you have to slide the belt in segments through the slots on the buckle to make the belt longer or shorter. Quicker, easier velcro adjustment is available on the upgraded belt materials, if you like! You can also upgrade the buckle to a Cop-Lok triple-retention security buckle, which features a center release catch and is made of nigh-unto-indestructible acetal resin, an engineering-grade thermoplastic and one of the hardiest synthetic polymers on the planet today. With our lifetime warranty backing up the materials and workmanship put into this bag, if it’s a skeet bag you need, we have you covered! Now… PULL!!!! |
