THE KICKIN’ A WARRANTY:
The goal at Kickin’ A Packs ‘N Stuff is to provide the kind of service and quality that we ourselves desire from the companies with which we do business. To that end, every product we sell has been manufactured to an extremely high standard, having been slowly honed and perfected through many field tests and years of vital feedback from our customers.
We take pride in what we offer so that you can take pride in your brand new gun pack, holster, rifle case, range bag, or whatever it is you purchase with the Kickin’ A logo on it. As such, all material and workmanship on every one of our items is guaranteed to last for life. This, of course, pertains only to regular wear and tear on our products (which, as our primary purchasing demographic tends to be law enforcement officers, usually involves daily rigorous usage in the field).
If you’ve abused your pack by wading through swamplands with it or trying to fit a locker’s worth of stuff into a small zippered pocket, you’re not really covered by our warranty and we reserve the right to refuse a return to anyone for any reason. However, we really like to take care of our customers and that’s just what we do, day in and day out!
Zippers are the only element of a bag, pack, or case that we do not guarantee. Why? Simple. We use the best zippers ever. They’re self-repairing, meaning that if the coils become unaligned or if the pull breaks off or something, they can be fixed yourself without any tools (drop us a line if you need help!). The only time the zippers get blown to such a degree that normal operation is no longer possible is under the mass duress of abuse.
Typically this involves overfilling a gun pack or the pocket of a rifle case or range bag with way too much stuff. The strain on the zippers dramatically shortens their life span as the coils become warped and weakened, and eventually they will be destroyed. This isn’t to say our zippers don’t malfunction because of a factory defect once in a blue moon, but understand we know our components inside and out and are intimately familiar with the fine details of their design.
Other than the zippers, though, everything else is covered. Seams, material, foam, straps, handles, buckles, belts. Everything. Guaranteed for life.
WANT TO MAKE A WARRANTY REQUEST?
We’d appreciate it if you don’t just send us a package and hope we know what to do with it. It’s not always readily apparent to us what’s gone wrong with your product, and sometimes the flaws or malfunctions perceived by the customer aren’t actually problems at all, but rather a normal part of how the product is manufactured.
Thus, please call us or e-mail us and let us know what’s going on before you send your product to Kickin’ A Packs ‘N Stuff. You don’t need an RMA number to make a return, but giving us a heads-up will better help us to diagnose the issue and more speedily process your repair or replacement.
You are responsible for all shipping involved with filling your warranty request. When you send your item to us, include a check for $14.00 to cover return shipping.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE: Our gun packs are made to order, and for this reason WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS on these items!!
We have a no-questions-asked return policy, although to be honest, we’d really like to know why you didn’t want our product. It’s only through criticism and suggestions that our bags have gotten as good as they are, and thus your input – even negative input – is immeasurably valuable to the growth of our company. So if you please, drop us a line and explain your discontent!
You have thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to return it. You’ll get a full refund as long as the product is in its original, unused, factory condition. If your product gets to us in anything less than factory condition, your refund will be subject to a 15% restoration and repair fee.
The shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded because that’s not our money. You paid UPS for the service they provided in delivering your item, and it is not in our power to refund that cost.
WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
Again, no RMA number is necessary to make a return, but a phone call or e-mail informing us of your decision will really assist in processing your return as quickly as humanly possible. It takes a lot more time to get things done when an anonymous box just shows up without warning. We have a massive customer base, and piles of boxes are constantly coming into and out of the workshop. The vast majority of them contain parts and supplies, and your package will get lost in the shuffle if you don’t give us a heads-up.
